I was here quite a while. Over two hours. They don’t provide a customer bathroom!!! Unheard of and totally unacceptable in my opinion. My agent was new in training and had no guidance. Very disappointing due to time wasted as a result of inadequate training and knowledge of the process to complete the loan.
Johnnie and Whitney are very professional, friendly, and helpful! They informed me of all the types of loans they offer and helped me make an informed decision. If you are in need of some extra cash, I highly recommend these two ladies.
