Miss Renee was my representative months ago when I first got a car title loan. she was very professional attitude and a pleasant smile. she explained all the rules and regulations to me and answered any questions that I had. Mrs. Renee’ and Mrs. Brenda are very helpful and knowledgeable. When times get hard they would work with you. If someone is in need of a little extra cash I would recommend this place and those two women. They have excellent customer service skills. They have the type customer service that would keep u wanting to come back. I love this place!!!!!
Rip off! And they won’t help at all. Some kind of way I thought I paid off my old title loan. And I apply for another one. But once I tried to pay I have two loans. And I haven’t paid the old because I didn’t know I was go get charged. And it’s constantly going up. I asked if I can pay my bill monthly because that would help me out. She said I can’t because I get paid weekly. Once I pay this off they will not get my services anymore.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Renee and it was a wonderful experience she made the process so easy and she was very knowledgeable and so nice
The two ladies who work here are what makes this place so great! They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent customer service, which they delivered patiently and pleasantly throughout two different lending experiences.
