Mrs. Renee and mrs. Brenda always are nice and respectful and they are very detailed and help you understand before signing anything. She is the sweetest person in the world she make you feel like family and she helps you any way that she can. Mrs. Renee’ and Mrs. Brenda are very helpful and knowledgeable. When times get hard they would work with you. If someone is in need of a little extra cash I would recommend this place and those two women. They have excellent customer service skills. Miss Renee was my representative months ago when I first got a car title loan. she was very professional attitude and a pleasant smile. she explained all the rules and regulations to me and answered any questions that I had. The two ladies who work here are what makes this place so great! They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent customer service, which they delivered patiently and pleasantly throughout two different lending experiences. They are the reason I returned as a customer, and I cant thank them enough for making my experience so awesome!
Mrs. Richardson was very informative, professional and friendly. She made sure she explained everything and made sure things were in my best interest. I would recommend anyone to see them if a loan is needed.
