We were very pleased with the whole team at Mississippi Valley. They were very helpful, patient and professional, and we never felt like just another customer. They also coordinated a service for our family member, who was a military veteran, and attended the memorial service, as well. I highly recommend Mississippi Valley.

When you experience a loss, you can find yourself in a fog. I suddenly had "widow brain" having trouble making the smallest of decisions. Jeff was so kind. He explained everything, answered my questions and walked with me through every step. He was always available while being both professional and compassionate. we were having to figure out final arrangements for a family member where we lived 12+ hours away. Mississippi Valley was professional, helpful, answered any and all questions and delivered upon their promises to have my family member cremated and mailed to us in a very timely manner. My family member was treated with respect and dignity, and when we received them via USPS and open the box, they were "packaged" securely . Absolutely the best service. They took the time to understand what we needed and how they could help. Simply the best experience I could imagine at a difficult time in our lives. They had so many options for people, including services at a funeral home they partner with. It just wasn't what we needed but other'ls might do thought I'd mention. No "up selling".
