If I could rate this place a zero I would. I will never do business here again and will tell others to stay away. I was screwed over so many times that I can’t even count the times. First off have been Thur 3 employees and every time a new one comes in they say of the employee before was not doing their job and I would receive all kinds of headache. The only people they seem to hire are fraudulent and scam artists. I used to be able to get a check printed off but because of "internal theft" they made it more inconvenient for the customer. I cannot use the NetSpend card for some reason, so the check was my most convenient option. They need to do backgrounds on these people. When I get online, it doesn't show anything due, nobody will answer the phone and not everybody can just hop on a car and come to the store. Ridiculous
Shane was awesome. Very professional and got me in and right back out. I went to another company first and was only offered a third of what I was approved for here.
