I was taken in by a young man to have a duplicate gate remote made, and the bill came to €72.80! Almost three times the price of my usual locksmith. Get a quote beforehand and compare with another shop.
Following the repair of my car key remote, the technician was quick, efficient and very friendly.
€15.90 EACH key... Outrageous! Especially when you have to replace a whole set. €79.50 total for 5 keys! I've never paid that much! First and last time I'll shop with you.
The salesperson made me out to be a liar and refused to refund the deposit I'd paid for a service I had to cancel. I had specifically asked this same salesperson about a refund in case of cancellation; it was a condition of my payment. He denied everything. In short, he offered me a voucher after seeing I was unhappy. I'm quite shocked by this kind of approach. It's obvious you've lost a customer, and like any unhappy customer, you'll tell ten people.
