I stopped by on August 28th to have an extra hole made in my husband's belt for a reception the following day. I was greeted by a charming gentleman who did it immediately and didn't ask for anything in return. I've lived in the Ardennes for eight years; before that, I lived near Tinqueux for 20 years, and I've always gone to this shoe repair shop. For the past eight years, I've always taken advantage of my trips to Reims to visit the Tinqueux shoe repair shop whenever I need something. Thank you very much.
I went to this establishment on Saturday to have my watch repaired and I was fortunate enough to be greeted by a very kind and helpful salesman (tall and bearded). He took care of me immediately and repaired my watch right away. This made a world of difference compared to his colleague who, conversely, was rather unfriendly and unsmiling. Thank you.
Excellent service! They made a hole in my strap quickly and free of charge. Plus, the young woman at the reception desk was very friendly. I highly recommend them!
