I had to visit four times in one week because two of the four keys delivered didn't work. A pure waste of money, time, and fuel. Eventually, I received a refund for the two non-working keys, but received no compensation whatsoever for all the time and money (fuel) I lost on this. So, do not go here to have keys duplicated: they are exorbitantly expensive and there is no guarantee whatsoever that they will work. I certainly will never be coming back here.
Today my daughter went to have passport photos taken of my granddaughters (FYI, my daughter is white and my son-in-law is from Africa). The owner told me he couldn't take good, beautiful photos of people with DARK skin. My oldest granddaughter is 6, and he understood the man immediately! SHAME ON YOU, sir... a very proud mother of two beautiful granddaughters.
My mom has Alzheimer's and needed passport photos for her new ID. What service and help we received from that gentleman ❤️‼️ Thank you 🙏🏻❤️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Just had my watch battery replaced here (08/05/2021). Normally open until 18:00 (stated on both the website and the door), but the door was already closed upon arrival (17:50), supposedly because the shop assistant still had to "do his cash register". However, he was just standing there looking outside from behind the counter. Reluctantly, he came to open the door anyway. Repeated several times that there is "in principle no service after 17:45". I recently brought in three Zippos that needed a logo engraved. I received a friendly welcome and all the necessary information. I handed them over, and they took care of everything, resulting in me being the proud owner of three beautifully engraved Zippos a week later! I'm extremely happy with them! I also once brought in a broken key after having it duplicated, and they simply replaced it with a new one at no cost to me! Talk about top-notch service!
