⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the entire team at Mister Minit Annecy! I came in with two broken Thule keys, and I thought it would be impossible to get them replaced. Yet, they managed to make two brand new, perfectly functional keys! The service was excellent, the team professional, efficient, and very friendly. Truly top-notch service. Hello, my partner and I left a key at the beginning of December with a minimum 3-week waiting period. At the beginning of January, we called again, and it still hadn't been done. It's almost the end of January, and we haven't heard anything. It's impossible to reach you by phone; the line just rings and rings. Name: LY Please contact us

Very disappointed with the service, especially considering the rather high price. €23 for a simple mailbox nameplate is already quite expensive. The technician was visibly annoyed—he kept swearing at his cash register, which wasn't working, making me feel uncomfortable. I didn't dare point out that the two names on the nameplate weren't aligned. It's a shame; at that price, you'd expect a bit more attention to detail.
