I recently visited this shop and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well organized. I found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price, and the quality of the products was excellent. The checkout process was quick, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. I have been repairing there my shoes for more than a year. Nothing to complain, the stuff is friendly (I do speak French), and the service is at a good value with respect to the price. I took away one star because I think this shop cannot carry more complex shoe repairs. Nevertheless, for things like simple re-soling (change of the hill base, sol protector, etc.), this is a good place to have your shoes fixed.
