I went to get a duplicate key made with my partner. The man immediately said to my partner, "Hey buddy, this time it's fine, but next time you'll have to wait somewhere else." Not understanding what he meant, I asked him, "Sir, if we can't wait here, where are we supposed to wait?" He replied, "That's not my problem, go do your shopping"—immediately in an aggressive tone. Pleasantly surprised. After seeing the online reviews, I was a little hesitant to go, but the gentleman was incredibly friendly and smiling—what more can I say? I highly recommend him.
How can someone who claims to have worked there for 35 years treat a returning customer with such rudeness and stubbornness? After I thanked him for the previous service, he brushed me off and told me to contact Nike to get a sole glued on??? Seriously, sir? You should at least treat your customers with more respect, even if you refuse to serve them!!!! Shameful behavior, especially since I waited for him at opening time and he arrived 20 minutes late!!!
