I was warmly welcomed, but I left when they told me the price. €62 for a key. I got one for €35 on Rue de la République in 10 minutes. What explains such a price difference? Sometimes you have to undercut the competition to get customers.
Excellent shoemaker! He restored my mother's shoes, which were in terrible condition, and made them look brand new! The same goes for keys: it's the only place where his new keys actually work!
Appointment on April 7th at 3 PM to get a new car key made. Unable to make the appointment, I called and a man told me tomorrow, Wednesday, same time, no problem. On the appointed day, I arrived at 3 PM to find the shutters down (lunch break). Okay, the man returned at 3:30 PM and said, "Oh no, I can't do it for you," while he was sitting there looking at his phone. Bad experience, avoid at all costs.
