I was warmly welcomed, but I left when they told me the price. €62 for a key. I got one for €35 on Rue de la République in 10 minutes. What explains such a price difference? Sometimes you have to undercut the competition to get customers.

Appointment on April 7th at 3 PM to get a new car key made. Unable to make the appointment, I called and a man told me tomorrow, Wednesday, same time, no problem. On the appointed day, I arrived at 3 PM to find the shutters down (lunch break). Okay, the man returned at 3:30 PM and said, "Oh no, I can't do it for you," while he was sitting there looking at his phone. Bad experience, avoid at all costs.

Hello I had to have my key reprogrammed for my vehicle. After several unsuccessful attempts, they finally managed to get my vehicle working again at 8:15 PM. I want to thank this team who persevered and were truly professional. And they even offered a very generous gesture of goodwill at the end. I highly recommend this store at Auchan Aubagne.

Excellent shoemaker! He restored my mother's shoes, which were in terrible condition, and made them look brand new! The same goes for keys: it's the only place where his new keys actually work!

9:10 AM, the person behind their fence is still staring at me. Oh yeah, it's tough working... €15.90 for a simple wrench, are they kidding me?! Judging by the reviews, I'll just keep walking... Then we'll complain that businesses are slowly dying.
