AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They ruined my watch a year and a half ago. I went in for a battery change, and it ended up with a broken strap. They refused to fix their mess, but after insisting, they apparently replaced the damaged part. Now, a year and a half later, I went back there to have the battery changed again. They gave me the watch back, and when I opened it, the strap broke again, the prongs were falling out, bent, and scratched. It wouldn't close anymore.
