Outrageous pricing!! They wanted €39.90 just to replace the car key fob (the rubber button was broken)!! 🤬 When I asked for a replacement key fob, they quoted me around €130. So I drove just 2.5 km further to another shopping center in Avignon, where I found competent service and a very reasonable price. For €29.90, I expected them to just replace the plastic casing. I ordered two mailbox keys. The order took three weeks to arrive, and in the end, only one key was included. I had to place another order for the second one, which took another two weeks to arrive. When I called to check on it, I was told it had been available since June 8th, that I had apparently received a call (no notification in my calls), and there was no voicemail from the salesperson. No compensation, no apologies, nothing. I will never do anything with them again!

Don't bother! You want two sets of keys made? That's eleven keys in total... At €15.90 EACH! Do the math! Changing the lock is cheaper! It's outrageous.
