The staff were very friendly, welcoming, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, one of the three keys they replaced doesn't work, so I'll have to go back, but given the excellent service, it's not a real problem. However, I found the price quite high for the time it takes to get keys replaced.
I do not recommend this place. I went there to have a simple key duplicated. The price was an exorbitant €15.90. The clerk told me to come back in 10 minutes, so I went to browse the mall. When I returned 10 minutes later, the shutters were down. "We're out on a service call; we'll be back in 30 minutes." I waited 30 minutes, still nothing. The result? I couldn't get into my apartment. I brought in a pair of brand-name sneakers that just needed the toe glued back on. They returned the shoes to me filthy, covered in black stains. The glue job was sloppy. There are traces of glue that won't come off. The shoemaker had to file down the front of the sole because it was pointed, to which he replied that it wasn't easy to do. Sir, if you don't know how to do something, you should just say so. €15.90 down the drain, especially since they're already falling apart.
I went there the last time I had the battery changed in my Fossil watch. The pictures speak for themselves; I'm never going back.
I had my car key duplicated at a reasonable price and the copy was exactly as ordered, within a short timeframe on the day of the appointment. Thank you.
