The staff were very friendly, welcoming, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, one of the three keys they replaced doesn't work, so I'll have to go back, but given the excellent service, it's not a real problem. However, I found the price quite high for the time it takes to get keys replaced.

I brought in a pair of brand-name sneakers that just needed the toe glued back on. They returned the shoes to me filthy, covered in black stains. The glue job was sloppy. There are traces of glue that won't come off. The shoemaker had to file down the front of the sole because it was pointed, to which he replied that it wasn't easy to do. Sir, if you don't know how to do something, you should just say so. €15.90 down the drain, especially since they're already falling apart.
