This evening I had an unpleasant experience with a blonde woman I had never seen at the shop until then. Even before we opened our mouths to ask a question, I could see on her face (annoyed look) that she had no intention to be helpful. This turned out to be correct. We asked her if she could take passport photos of the two of us (Photomaton/photo booth style) and she responded that this was not possible as she only does portrait pictures. Mister Minit is usually a very good store with very friendly staff who do a great job, but my last visit was a very unpleasant experience. Normally, I'm always very impressed with the store – the service is excellent. I'm usually served by the two men, but last time it was a woman. She was incredibly unfriendly, and I felt so inadequate. I had the feeling she was already annoyed with the customers before they even asked anything. I also think she simply didn't enjoy her job.
