I went to change the heels of my shoes and the rubber. I asked him to polish them a bit. He charged me 50Euros !!! When i received them he had only changed the rubber sole and nothing else. Very expensive for what he offers!
My new shoes hurt at the heal and they immediately fixed it for me. Great service from a very friendly person
not a good service at all. Brought a watch to change battery because thought it was running late. Changed battery without checking it properly. Then after a few days the watch was running late again and I came back because they gave me a guarantee card. The guy only told me to return after 15 minutes and then told me that he changed the battery again. After I explained that it was already changed, he checked the watch and told me that it's a different problem but they can't fix it...needless to say I didn't get my money back
ATTENTION! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOEMAKER! I agree with the generally bad assessment of the other people who have given their previous reviews here. I can only advice you to NOT GO here, this place is a SCAM. I went to this shoemaker to ask for 2 changes to my shoes, and I was told that the price for both changes would be 10€. On the day that I came to pick up the shoes, I realised that only one of the changes was done, not both. I dropped my shoes 👞 for cleaning and polishing. They said 1 week. I waited 7 days and returned to collect the shoes. They said two more days (ugh). I waited another week. Finally picked up the shoes 👞 and the quality of the shine versus the price was disappointing. There was no care in the polish. The shoes didn’t look refreshed instead they looked dull. After a shoe shine I want my shoes to look new.
