This afternoon at 2 PM, I was at Mister Minit Bethune, where Louis and Raphaël were welcomed to have a new key made for my Kia Sportage! The only one I had was on its last legs after a major accident on the highway! I called this morning, and Louis, who I spoke to, recommended I come in at 2 PM. He immediately took charge of making a new retractable key with the same functions as the original, all in good spirits despite the sweltering 36°C heat. I wanted to have a watch engraved as a gift. I highly recommend Mister Minit. Ultra-fast, I was gone in 10 minutes. Very clean work. Super friendly staff.
I needed to get a duplicate key made urgently and I'm so glad I found this shop. After contacting them, they responded immediately and took care of my request without delay. In just a few minutes, my key was ready, with quick and meticulous work. The service was particularly pleasant: professional, helpful, and very friendly staff, which really makes a difference. It's reassuring to be able to rely on such efficient service when you're in a hurry. I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, speed, and excellent... read more

The lady I spoke to was very kind; however, I just had my car key changed. My car started before, and when the lady changed the key, a message appeared on my dashboard indicating that the anti-theft system was activated. I couldn't start the car. It took 30 minutes to find a solution, but what I find unfair is having to pay additional fees that I wasn't required to pay before, especially since I never had any problems with my car key before Friday, March 13, 2026. I hope you understand my disappointment with the service, but... read more
