I dropped off my watch at Mister Minit Bègles for a simple battery replacement. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the replacement couldn't be done after all. However, I noticed that the case back and the strap were scratched, whereas they weren't before I dropped it off. I'm very disappointed that a repair, which wasn't even completed, left my watch in such poor condition. Furthermore, this wasn't pointed out to me when I returned the watch. I came on July 29th and had six basic keys made for an urgent need; each cost me €15.90. That same day, my wife had similar keys made at a shop in Bordeaux for €6.60 each—a 58% saving and €9.30 less! In short, if you're willing to pay significantly more, go ahead and go to Mister Minit Bègles!
The first time, I came to have the insoles of my sandals replaced. Since I was satisfied with the first experience, I returned a second time for the insoles of my dance shoes (€11.95). Very welcoming service. They listened carefully and respected my initial request. Excellent value for money. Thank you for extending the life of my shoes.
Excellent work done on my winter dress shoes, whose original grips were worn out. Very good advice and friendly service, no more expensive than elsewhere for the time spent. (I get my shoes repaired all over the place.) I recommend this place.
