Fast, efficient service and very pleasant staff!
€25 to replace a watch battery, what a rip-off! The same service cost me €5 at a specialist repair shop. Avoid at all costs!
Refused to serve at 6:20 PM even though they close at 6:30 PM. If you refuse to serve, it means you close at 6:20 PM! Not 6:30 PM! The website still shows 7:00 PM. No key in stock, forced to place an order and pay more even though it's not your fault if the tray doesn't have the key you need. Refused to help even though the order was placed and already paid for! In short: unwillingness, bad service, condescending attitude. Last time I'll be dining here.
Changing a watch battery costs 25 euros under the pretext of an unsolicited water resistance check. Beware, it's a scam. Don't fall for it, go to an honest jeweler. Poor guy, to have to resort to this. Pathetic. (Well, those Carrefour ones are good.)
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Borderline fraud! For a replacement sole on my hiking boots, I chose from a catalog of the reputable brand "Vibram," and accepted the quote of €62.95. In return, I received "forever" soles with a tread depth of 1.3 mm (about 100 km, so a week for me) and the leather irreparably damaged by abrasives all around. The "shoemaker's" response, and I quote: "Well, we'll see if they hold up; if you want, we can send them back." I recommend AVOID this company at all costs…
