Quoted me more than double what it cost elsewhere, said it would be a week, and didn't know anywhere else in the neighborhood I could check for faster service (Brico Anspach and another Mister Minit, Rue des Fripiers, are both five minute walks away)

I left my watch to repair the broken glass. The guy who took my repair order was quite nice. But when I picked it up, the another man, who seemed around 40-50 age, he's yelling at me in French and seemed racists..so rude. The another customer tried to help me by interpreting but yet, that man from shop seemed so rude to that customer too. Addition: I'm quite satisfied with Minister Mint customers service team and their prompt response and action though...Appreciated!!!

The service was extremely poor and the staff was rude. Upon my arrival, I greeted the man with a simple "Bonjour." Instead of responding politely or reciprocating the greeting, he immediately mentioned being busy with another client (who was conversing with a friend). I patiently waited my turn, and when I wanted to purchase a keychain but had a question, I attempted to communicate with him. Unfortunately, my French is not great, and his attitude was even worse. I paid for 2 shoe soles for my winter shoes. they got ruined and fell apart in a few months. the employee I spoke to today is rude. he told me that he was lying and demanding the receipt which obviously I didn't have after a few months. I will never go back again.
