Excellent experience and service! They fixed my belt perfectly and were very kind and attentive. This is the best cordonniere in Caen.
The person was friendly. However, when I changed the battery in my watch, I found a hand that had come loose from the dial. The tightening wasn't done properly either, and the name on the back of the watch is crooked. The watch also wasn't cleaned, which would have been appreciated. What a shame.
On July 28th, I placed an order for a small engraved plaque. I clearly stated to the seller that it absolutely had to arrive before 10:00 AM on Saturday. I left my contact information with the seller so I could be notified as soon as the plaque arrived. I called several times and left messages, but received no response. So I went to the store.
