The person was friendly. However, when I changed the battery in my watch, I found a hand that had come loose from the dial. The tightening wasn't done properly either, and the name on the back of the watch is crooked. The watch also wasn't cleaned, which would have been appreciated. What a shame.
Absolutely appalling experience! I went in yesterday to have the battery replaced on my watch (which, by the way, was a gift I really cared about and was quite expensive), and instead of leaving with a working watch, I left with one whose inner dial was broken (split lengthwise at the top). The salesperson, unwilling to take responsibility for the damage, simply buried his head in the sand, telling me it wasn't his fault and repeatedly claiming he hadn't even touched my watch... Excellent experience today getting a duplicate badge and several keys made :) This isn't the first time I've come to get badges and keys duplicated, and the shopkeeper is always very friendly :) I recommend Mister Mint Caen :)
