Super service
Very bad experience. I went in yesterday to have my new car keys cut. The locksmith did the engraving and I paid €28. Once in my car, I realized the keys wouldn't turn in the ignition. So I went back the next day to explain the problem. He finally told me it wasn't the right size key. Instead of doing the job properly, he simply swapped the old metal blades with the new key shells. I don't know why I went there after reading all the negative reviews. I asked him to cut a key to my house, he did, but when I got home the lock wouldn't turn. I went back to see him and he told me he couldn't do anything for me… I asked him for at least some kind of compensation, and he said no, it wasn't possible! In short, don't go there; the quality is appalling.
I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The service clearly lacked professionalism, and I felt the work was rushed. When you pay for a service, you expect at least a certain level of precision and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I left with a bad impression and I do not recommend them!
