Having traveled quite a distance (an hour's drive), I had "secured" my appointment with a quick phone call. Everything went very smoothly for this key blade duplication; the price wasn't exactly "cheap," but still less expensive than at an agent or dealership, and what's more, the person provided a price quote beforehand (over the phone) and readily answered questions. No unpleasant surprises on my end.

Please update your opening hours. It says continuous service, closing at 8 pm, and I arrived at 1:45 pm to find a chain across the shop and an A4 sheet of paper saying "on break, will return at 2:30 pm".

I went to this shop to have a small flat key remade. The quoted price was €15.90. When I expressed my surprise, I was told that the smaller the key, the more expensive it was. I had the same key remade at the shoe repair shop in the La Poterie shopping center in Rennes: €8.40. Something's not right here! Having happened to pass by Mister Minit again, I went in (for the last time) to try and understand this price difference. I wasn't disappointed.
