I went there today, the guy was nice. She was 7 minutes late, he didn't open until 9:07, it's not the end of the world. However, I was going to leave without getting duplicate keys made. But in the end, I left without getting duplicates made anyway because he was asking €15.90 for a basic key, so for two keys I would have had to pay €31.80. I refused. I'll wait until tomorrow, Tuesday, and I'll get them made in Joué-lès-Tours or Tours for €8 to €10 per key.
While at the mall, the gentleman there (whom I thank warmly) gave me a very kind welcome and helped me add a hole to my belt. I won't hesitate to come back if I need to get a duplicate key made or for other types of services!
