I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. The service did not match what was advertised. Deadlines were not met, and communication was difficult from beginning to end. I had to follow up several times to get answers, and the problem was not resolved satisfactorily. For the price paid, I expected much more professionalism. I do not recommend this company in its current state.
I came across a very friendly and smiling young man. He did everything he could to repair my very old Twingo key. He did all his best, free of charge, and advised me on the last resort solutions I could try. I highly recommend this shop; you can go there with your eyes closed! Thanks again to this gentleman.
Excellent welcome and quality service. I came in urgently to have the soles of my shoes completely re-glued after another cobbler completely detached them, and the team took great care of me. They did their best to get the job done, even explaining that they weren't sure it would hold. They were honest and understanding and repaired my shoes in time so I could travel abroad. And it did! I called to ask if it was possible to repair a Samsung phone. The woman told me that they send the phone to a service provider and that it takes at least 15 days to get a quote. I asked if it was possible to at least find out if it was repairable (even though without knowing the approximate price beforehand, it's a gamble), and then the call was cut off!
