I ordered a key to be duplicated, which cost €45, as I needed it quickly. The address was incomplete, so they couldn't deliver the key to the correct address. I received an email stating that it would be delivered to a post office late this morning, October 22nd. I went there, and there was no package for me. It's disrespectful to make people go out of their way for nothing. Furthermore, they didn't even have the courtesy to answer my phone, which clearly demonstrates their complete lack of professionalism.
Excellent service, and above all, remarkable quality of work at very affordable prices.
