Excellent service! It's wonderful to know that people are still there to help each other! Eddy, who was on duty this afternoon, listened to my problem, worked with me to find a solution, and resolved it. He left me smiling and feeling good! I thought my car key fob battery was dead, but he proved me wrong. He looked for and found the problem! I highly recommend this professional and compassionate service!
I came in completely by chance on February 11th while buying a sandwich at the supermarket. A sign advertised the possibility of having car keys duplicated and reprogrammed. I inquired there, was reassured about the possibility of doing it, and the prices were very reasonable. I then went back in the evening. Perfect! I left with a new 3-button key for my vehicle, quickly and efficiently. Barely polite, he "didn't want" to bother making a new key for my old car. And yet it was during opening hours, with no other customers... I went somewhere else, to Leclerc on the Tours road; at least there, the service was good.
I came in to get my car key replaced, as it had stopped working. Jean changed it in under 10 minutes. The new key works perfectly. Thank you, I highly recommend him!
