I was here on December 8, 2025. For a pair of shoes worth €130, I simply needed to replace the rubber heel caps. An unprofessional shoemaker broke the heel and refused to take responsibility! This means he left me without shoes. They are incredibly irresponsible! I hope this establishment has a manager I can contact to contest this situation. Change the salesperson!!! This is the third time I've been to this store, and I always feel like I'm bothering them, whether it's 10 am, 12 pm, or 3 pm: the welcome is deplorable in terms of attitude and customer service!!! The first time, they refused to repair my boot heels, and today they were reluctant to check some keys between noon and 2 pm, even though I needed duplicates! It's unbelievable; then people wonder why local businesses are closing. Pathetic. Do something else if you don't like serving customers!!!
I came to have two keys duplicated, one of which had an illegible reference number. Thanks to the seller's experience and professionalism, he was able to quickly find the correct model and made a perfect copy. The entire process was completed with impressive speed and high quality. A huge thank you for this impeccable service! I highly recommend them.
Positive point: quick and fairly good quality. Major negative point: the man took my shoes and gave me the receipt before telling me the price. €15 for two plastic heel protectors!! (I usually pay between €8 and €10). Since I already had my number and the shoes were already put away, I didn't dare say anything. The man was polite, though. But I won't be back.
