I'd already had keys made there before, and it was quick and efficient. But it was when I wanted to have some old shoes repaired that I was truly impressed! I had some old Timberlands with completely worn and detached soles, and I wanted to try and give them a second life. The soles were replaced the very next day with high-quality ones for a very reasonable price. It's a shame I didn't take any before photos, because the before/after would have been nice to see 😊
Fast and very professional. I had a pair of sneakers repaired there because the sole was coming unglued. They offered me the option of gluing (not guaranteed) or stitching the sole. I took the chance of gluing it as it was the cheapest option, and upon returning my shoes, I discovered that the sole had been stitched at no extra cost for €10. Thank you and congratulations on this excellent service!
As usual, I'm extremely happy with the work done on two pairs of shoes. The work was high quality, and the service was warm and courteous. I highly recommend them. Kudos to the team, and especially to the lady who helped me. Thank you!

I had a bad experience with the repair of my shoe. It was a shoe with a fabric lining that was wearing out at the heel. To prevent further tearing, I asked them to add a flexible reinforcement to the heel, something similar to maintain the same grip. The result was very poor in several respects: - They installed a thick, rigid, and smooth reinforcement - There's a sharp edge at the top of the heel - The second layer peeled off after a second application to improve grip.
