One star because I can't give zero... I went in to get a duplicate car key made, providing the key fob... The person who served me greeted me rather coldly... That's his right, even if it's not very customer-friendly! After a 15-minute wait, he verbally quoted me €49 to make my duplicate (even though the price displayed on the counter was €22.90)...
