I'm very happy with my visit to Mister Minit! I entrusted them with a pair of shoes in very poor condition for a complete restoration, and the result is impressive. The work is meticulous, clean, and carried out with great professionalism. My shoes have been given a second life and look almost brand new. The service was also pleasant, and the advice was helpful. One star because I can't give zero... I went in to get a duplicate car key made, providing the key fob... The person who served me greeted me rather coldly... That's his right, even if it's not very customer-friendly! After a 15-minute wait, he verbally quoted me €49 to make my duplicate (even though the price displayed on the counter was €22.90)... Bonsoir Je me suis présentée pour un changement de pile pour la commande de ma voiture , d’ailleurs, il a galèré, si j’avais su, je serais repartie. Bref Personne sympathique au départ mais qui envoie bouler les clients et qui s’en fiche. J’étais sympa mais lui PAS POSSIBLE D’OÙ MON AVIS TRÈS DÉSAGRÉABLE Que dire, pb de gestion d’employés…. I bought a car key in August to replace the broken casing on my old one, and now the spring on that one broke this weekend. Considering the price of a key and the fact that I've had to go back three times in one month for dead batteries... Unfortunately, I can't find the receipt to claim under the key's warranty.
