⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A place to remember! Great experience at this small smartphone repair shop. I had a minor issue with my phone, and unlike Boulanger, who refused even to look at the problem, they took the time to help me and managed to fix it for free. A very friendly welcome, professionalism, and above all, a genuine sense of customer service. It's truly wonderful to find such honest and accommodating shopkeepers. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to get a new security key made, and they quoted me €62.90, and if I wanted two, the second one would be €52.90 🙄 I left, and a competitor quoted me €39.90... Avoid them at all costs!

Very disappointed. I came in 3 or 4 times for a key I had broken. Each time, they gave me a replacement that didn't work. I even asked a neighbor for the original key to be sure this time, but nothing changed. Another key that doesn't work. At this rate, I'll have 50 different ones at home, and they tell me they can't give me a refund, which is ridiculous considering the product doesn't work.

The team was detail-oriented, attentive, and eager to resolve the issue. I left a high-end leather bag for cleaning and re-pigmentation. After two trips and several phone calls, we were able to clarify the needs, apply the correct technique, and achieve a wonderful result! Thank you, my bag looks brand new (after 10 years!). I highly recommend them!
