I wanted to have my watch battery replaced, but the price wasn't displayed. I was quoted €20.90 just for the battery replacement or €50.90 for both the battery and the water resistance after checking the watch type (the price seems to depend on the market value or the customer's discretion; it's an Invicta, not an Omega, I should point out...). In the end, a jeweler did the job, including maintaining the water resistance, for €15.

Unable to reinforce the toe of a shoe, he'll only do the heels and then has the nerve to comment on the wait time for shoe repairs (3 hours, the time it takes to run errands in the mall), making sure other customers, who are clearly uncomfortable, are witnesses.
