Avoid at all costs! I went to Mister Minit to have my watch battery replaced and left with the water resistance completely ruined. The salesperson didn't acknowledge his lack of expertise and instead blamed me for submerging my watch (yes, I washed my hands, but it was water-resistant up to 5 ATM before he worked on it).

Top-notch service! The team at Mister Minit in Epagny is truly competent, helpful, friendly, and full of good advice! If I need keys duplicated, shoes repaired, or license plates engraved, I go to Mister Minit in Epagny because I know I'll be satisfied, and I have been for years. I was there yesterday and I'm still very happy with them. These services have become rare and are invaluable.

We came to get a duplicate car key made. We were told it would cost €21.50 because there was no chip, and then we were told to wait 20 minutes. We came back, and the key still wasn't made. We were then told to wait another 10-15 minutes, we came back again, and they told us it still wasn't made! The guy finally came to make it in front of us and told us 5 minutes later that it actually cost €110!! Because there was a chip he hadn't seen!! My smartphone was badly damaged: cracked screen, bent frame, broken back cover! I dropped it off Friday evening and picked it up looking brand new Saturday afternoon! They even provided a free loaner smartphone. The service was welcoming, helpful, and efficient; I highly recommend them for this type of service.

I had a belt that needed a few extra holes punched, and the gentleman did it for me in under 10 minutes, free of charge. I highly recommend them, both for the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff.
