Took a Seiko watch to have a battery replaced. He told me 15 minutes so I went for a coffee. When I returned he said he'd forgotten so I waited another 15. Paid 25€. When I had a shower that evening the watch filled with water. It's designed for 100m! When I got home from holiday I found he had not put back in the washer. 2€ on Amazon I replaced it and fortunately all working again. Luckily Annecy is not by the sea because salt water would have destroyed it.

I had a belt that needed a few extra holes punched, and the gentleman did it for me in under 10 minutes, free of charge. I highly recommend them, both for the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff.
