We laid 15 euro for placing a new screen protector on a phone. The job was the worst I have seen even myself could do better and I have two left hands. When confronted we had a series of excuses (namely the phone is damaged). We went to Aachen after that, and for around 10 euro we got a perfect mint job, hence clearly showing the excuses were invalid. Doesn't speak German.

Good quality, fair prices, fast and friendly service. Nothing to complain about! Whether it's replacing a watch battery or making replacement keys. As a tip, I recommend always having a copy of the original key made when ordering replacement keys. The more often it's copied, the less accurate the copy becomes.

I've always had my keys made there and I've never had any problems. Honestly, I'm extremely satisfied with the work. Always friendly and always smiling.

I spent 5 minutes trying to prove to him beyond a shadow of a doubt that the watch was under a 2-year warranty, and this guy had to call the manager who confirmed it was indeed under warranty. So don't go there unless you want to get ripped off.

Always very friendly! I go there to get keys made, replace the batteries in my remote controls, etc., and the gentleman is always smiling and welcoming, with a job well done 👌🏻
