I saw online that the Carrefour in Flémalle repairs zipper pulls. I went in with my bag because I had a problem with the zipper. The salesperson told me they didn't work on zipper pulls. I asked him for advice on what he would do in my situation, and he brushed me off, saying he had no solution. Then he went back to his phone to finish watching his show… We really don't get any help!!! No empathy or desire to find a solution… Absolutely no professionalism!!!! He doesn't deserve any stars!!!!
I didn't quite understand the negative reviews about the employee; personally, I was very well received and served. So yes, Mister Minit is a bit expensive for key duplication, but that's not the employee's fault either.

Excellent service. I had keys made here today. The craftsman did it in a minute. Everything works perfectly. I recommend them!
An extremely unpleasant person, and downright insulting towards women. I went there once, and after a misogynistic remark from him, I didn't want to go back. I'm going back today for my grandfather... Definitely my last visit here, since they don't listen to me and even tell me point-blank to shut up, whereupon he turns his back on me without a word, leaving me completely bewildered. Avoid at all costs: consider supporting the small, local shoemakers who are much friendlier and offer far better prices.
