Friendliness 0/20. Extremely unpleasant person. Price-wise, same score: 0/20. €61.20 to get a replacement Abus key. I politely told him he was expensive. "You should just go somewhere else..." he snapped at me. Thank you for your wise advice, sir. I will indeed go elsewhere, to Les Mouettes, still in Fréjus. €20 for one key, €30 for two, and at least there, the service is good.
Disastrous work – avoid at all costs! I entrusted them with a pair of high-end shoes to have protective soles added to preserve the wooden soles. The result is irreversible: the rubber sole is far too thick, visible hammer marks have damaged the bottom, and the overall appearance is completely ruined. The shoes are now unusable. No advice, no professionalism: a real disappointment. I strongly advise against using this establishment.

As friendly as a prison door!! €31.80 for two small, standard keys. Yes, it's my fault; I didn't ask before giving him the keys, but I was expecting around €5 like everyone else!! Avoid at all costs!
