I wouldn’t recommend taking your watch here. The gentleman at the store managed to severely scratch my watch in less than a minute attempting to simply tighten my bracelet. After having caused the damage he then recommended I go somewhere else has he quite obviously did not have the correct tools. Very disappointed.

I bought warranty card for lifelong free battery replacement for my watch which should be used for minimum 1year, but their first went 3 months and second just 1 week and now i need to travel again 50kms for a new battery (or used one?)

Went by a handful of stores to copy a key that was a little thinner than the designs that the other stores had, but when I came here, not only were they willing to make a key(with a slightly thicker frame) I got it free of charge to test at home. After struggling a bit, it fit! 10/10 will come again.

Efficient, fast, friendly, and super helpful. Couldn't fix a broken key, but sent me to another place which solved the problem in no time.

Price 3x the normal price, I went down the street and a much bigger professional looking store said it was 5,50 while mister mint did it 14,90
