For two days in a row we've been to the Mister Minit in the BULTIA Nalinnes complex. The opening hours are clearly marked on the door: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, but the store is always closed. When you call, there's NEVER an answer, always just an answering machine in English. It's high time they changed the manager of this store who clearly doesn't care about his business or his customers... ALWAYS CLOSED.Â
The worst place to get your keys made! They're aggressors and harassers. I have rarely had such a disappointing and shocking experience. Three weeks ago, I went to this shop to have some special keys made that needed to be ordered. I paid €107 immediately. The salesman told me I would receive them by Tuesday at the latest of that same week and that he would call me. Two weeks went by… no news. A deplorable experience. The salesperson was unprofessional, unpleasant, and racist. His behavior was threatening and unacceptable; I find this extremely serious.Â
