I had my car key and license plate replaced. In just a few minutes, everything was working perfectly. I came back the following week to have a passport photo taken and to pick up a pair of heels I'd left for repair. The work was meticulous and precise, and the owner added a touch of humor to the service.

Manque total de professionnalisme. Attitude hautaine et moqueuse envers la clientèle. Quand on ne connaît pas les moyens de paiement électronique via GSM, on ne fait pas la leçon à ses ainés, encore moins quand ceux-ci les maîtrisent encore mieux. Traiter un client de « vieux » n’encourage pas la fidélisation. Je déconseille fortement cette adresse et souhaite au gérant une retraite dans les plus bref délais afin de pouvoir être quitte de la clientèle qu’il ne respecte pas. Salut petit monsieur et bonne canicule.

Hello. The guy wasn't very nice; he didn't accept card payments, took ID cards, and forced people to go far away to get cash, which was also very, very expensive.

I agree with the previous review. I just had a duplicate key made for my garden shed. It doesn't work. I went back twice and were treated with disdain, almost as if we were idiots. I showed the man that the two keys don't match in the grooves, but he persisted with his external measurements and his famous calipers. He made adjustments, but they were ineffective. I offered to let him come and test it himself, but of course, he refused. Worse still, as we were leaving the shop, he sighed and criticized us to the next customer!... read more
