I stopped by to see if it was possible to get a duplicate key made for a vintage motorcycle. I received a warm and friendly welcome. The duplicate key is perfectly functional and the price was reasonable. In case the duplicate wasn't suitable, the staff had already discussed a possible solution. I recommend them.
I went to the Brico store next door to change the lock directly. It only cost me €14 and I got two new keys! If I had wanted to get two keys made, it would have cost me €20 each! The math is simple.
It's been a month and a half since I ordered a key copy and no one has contacted us… I've been to the store three times. Two out of three times, the counter was closed (e.g., 4:20 PM on a Saturday…). I still haven't received the key I ordered in May…
Shameful. A key that cost €15.90 broke on the very first use, simply by removing it from the lock, without any force being applied. The seller refused to discuss the matter, wrongly accused me, and wouldn't let me explain, despite having witnesses. No respect for customers and clearly poor workmanship. A properly made key shouldn't break in a lock that's in good condition. Avoid Mister Minit Gosselies at all costs!
Avoid this place at all costs. I called to ask if they could take photos of my ID card, and they said yes. After driving 25 km, I arrived, and they told me the machine wasn't working. It's disrespectful, and the person is unpleasant. Stay away.
