Today i came in for TWO button replacements and got 18 euros charged. The worse part is that there was NOT even any labour required to install the SCREW-IN buttons. What an absolute thieves.... HORRIBLE.... If i could give 0 star i would.
Needed some extra keys, good experience serving excellent service at the shop in Antwerp. Would recommend.
Don’t even think of going there! You will get yourself disgusted and doubt the decency of human beings. I went there to change the battery of my watch and when he gave it back to me 5 mins later, he simply said: the minutes and second needles are broken, they went lose. Excuse me? Went there to punch 2 extra holes in my Gucci belt. One was ok second hole was a mess, he ruined the expensive belt! Guys need more training and take extra care with expensive things. If you doubt you can do it well, don’t do it and let the customer know it may damage the item. Very dissatisfied
Very strange to see all the bad reviews here. To be honest: I only came here to pick up some packages that were delivered here. Twice a woman helped me in a very friendly manner. Other visitors received the same service. Maybe there’s several people working here, so I can’t attest to other personnel or the products. Service for packaging went smoothly.
