They quoted me 15 euros to make a duplicate mailbox key!!! Absolutely outrageous! So I went to Thoumyre (a real locksmith specialist), on Avenue de Caen, and they made me a new key for 7 euros.
Unacceptable! The saleswoman refused me service at 6:50 PM when they close at 7:00 PM. I completely understand it's the end of the day, but I absolutely needed it. The saleswoman showed no humanity whatsoever, because I'm a business owner myself and I don't turn away a customer in need! Absolutely unacceptable!
Sloppy work. I dropped off my work shoes to have the soles replaced. I wore them twice, lost the heel pads, and the sole was coming unglued on both sides. So I took my shoes back, and they repaired them. I don't understand why I'm finding glue in my shoes and wooden nails sticking out? The service was subpar, and I think the shoes must have eaten their smiles.
I bought a remote control that didn't work. Since I live an hour away from the store, I contacted them to say I couldn't return it for an exchange. We agreed on a refund, which was processed smoothly even though I couldn't come in for another five weeks. You can tell who the pros are when they find an honest solution. Well done on your excellent customer service. I'll be back.
Appalling customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time to change my car battery, and the person who greeted me told me they were closing... Changing the battery only takes 2 minutes, so they had plenty of time... I went to the Mister Mini in Mont St Aignan. A completely different experience... Fantastic service!!
