The service was good for the first time, but the seal booked there was not made in 17 days, which is annoying

I went to have the battery changed in a Rodania watch. The employee told me it would cost €25 plus €8 for insurance. I told him I wasn't taking the insurance because it's an elderly person's watch. He then told me to go somewhere else, that he couldn't do it. At the Flemalle crossroads, the Mister Minut store changes watch batteries without any problem, but your employee told me that this Mister Minut is a franchise.
