If I could give -10, frankly I'm going to get a duplicate key made, which I desperately need. The key isn't even the same! €67 for a key!!!! And in the end, it doesn't even fit in my lock. They don't answer the phone.

I dropped off my sneakers to have a heel counter added. Over the next two weeks, the pickup date for the repaired sneakers was changed four times. After waiting for more than two weeks, I retrieved the unrepaired sneakers and took them to another cobbler.

I dropped off a pair of boots on Tuesday, February 20th, to have the worn plastic heel protectors replaced. I was told the boots would be ready by Wednesday, February 21st. I went back on Monday, February 26th, and the boots weren't ready because they supposedly needed a part to attach the heel protectors... I was told it would be done by Wednesday, February 28th. I placed an order on December 26, 2023, for a key and paid by card. The stated delivery time was 3 weeks – still nothing. They don't answer the phone – impossible to reach. When I call, I get a message saying, "Your contact is not answering." This has been going on for 6 business days.
