I came into the shop today and really had an experience... There were two people in the shop shouting and swearing, even resorting to threats. He wanted to drag the salesperson over the counter to avoid paying for the repair at all costs; he refused to leave until he did. I was standing next to them and saw that the shoes had been repaired beautifully and would be very happy with such a result! It is very sad to see the very customer-friendly man being threatened in his workplace.
