They just play games with you there. He just broke my car key and then said he couldn't help it and that I was wasting his time; if necessary, he told me to contact the ‘CEO’, which I did immediately by calling the number. Then that little boy sat there acting like he was the ‘CEO’, lying about it too until I confronted him, and he said ‘congratulations’ because I saw right through him. So, there is definitely no good customer service, and they charge way too much money for what you ultimately get.
Very disappointed. The strap of my handbag was simply cut off without a proper finish. When I asked if it wouldn't fray, the shoemaker responded rudely. I also find charging €7 for barely a few seconds of work excessive. Not professional service for me. Thank you for your reply, but I do not wish for any further repair or intervention regarding my handbag. After the way I was treated, I no longer have any confidence in that.
