Terrible, overpriced and generally unhelpful. Following a broken key for our van, he told us the only solution was to drive the van to him. And at a cost of 150eur (plus incurring towing cost of the van!) Managed to get to another Mr Minit in Congac who cut a new key in 30 minutes, and for 60eur! Suggest you go somewhere/anywhere else before going to this guy!

This salesperson is anything but a salesperson; he's all about taking the easy way out... he's awful, I don't recommend him at all, he's terrible at everything... I got a refund for my purchase because this guy is so unpleasant to customers. I went to a competitor who was very friendly and competent... too bad for him! His boss should give him a good talking-to... he's losing a lot of customers, and yes, I've heard things, he's awful to everyone. I'll never go back there!
I had a watch battery replaced two years and four days ago for €34.90. This price included a two-year warranty. Now the watch has stopped working, and the employee who helped me refused to consider honoring the warranty, which expired four days ago! He claimed he wasn't the manager and didn't want to bother him about it. I find this argument petty, and I won't be setting foot in this shop again anytime soon. They seem to think profit is the only thing that matters, at the expense of customer loyalty and a friendly atmosphere... read more
