I told the cashier that my key fob battery was almost dead, but I didn't know which model it needed, so I showed him my key. There was no discussion, he changed the battery without informing me beforehand about the prices (which were completely unreasonable), then charged me €9.90 for the battery and €9.90 for labor (a 30-second job with a tool that I could have easily done myself on my way home). Pure and simple, a thief.... We asked if the salesperson could replace the battery in our car keys. He took the keys, "examined" them, then gave them back and demanded €20. After we pointed out to him that we hadn't asked him to replace the battery, he insisted we pay, saying it was a shopping center and therefore more expensive. We reminded him that at Auto5, the same battery replacement, done much more pleasantly, costs €4-5, and that we had simply asked if he knew how to do it since we were at Cora. Just another crook. To the salesperson today: you were lucky I wasn't with my mother when she came in to have her car key battery changed. She had to come back three times because the key wouldn't work, and why? Because you put the battery in backwards THREE TIMES. And on top of that, you made a scene because she came back while you were eating your sandwich?? We'll see each other in person soon.

First, I want to point out that I can't give a zero rating, so please keep that in mind. My girlfriend went there to have a screw tightened on her car key fob, and the person replaced the entire fob for 40 euros (a completely outrageous price). The car wouldn't start! My girlfriend went back to see him, and he brushed her off.
