I'm delighted with my visit to the Mister Minit shop in La Trinité. I was greeted by Christophe, who was very friendly and attentive. He repaired my car keys and even came to my car to help me with the door locks, which weren't working. It's very rare to find such a helpful and attentive salesperson. So don't hesitate if you have any key problems!
A huge thank you to Christophe for advising us on how to get my car keys duplicated. No appointment needed, quick, and a fair price. Impeccable service! Thanks again to Christophe, I can go on vacation with peace of mind! I just want to mention that shortly before, I went to Mister Minit in Lingostière to inquire about this service, and I received a very poor welcome and received very bad advice. The young man who helped me simply told me that it was by appointment only and that he couldn't do anything.
Avoid at all costs!!! A very unpleasant experience at this locksmith shop. I was simply looking at the keys displayed on the wall, like any other customer in a store. The locksmith immediately told me I wasn't allowed to look at them, in a particularly curt and disrespectful tone. I find this completely illogical: why display keys for customers to see if they're forbidden from looking at them? Outrageous prices, nearly €16 per key. Absolutely ridiculous, and to top it off, the salesperson had the nerve to tell me I didn't know anything about this stuff… As a result, I went to Nice St Roch and paid €4 per key with impeccable service. In short: Avoid Mister Minit.
Very satisfied with the service at Mister Minit. A big thank you to Christophe for his warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. My key was repaired quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!
