Avoid this shoemaker at all costs! Poor workmanship, very expensive, and unfriendly. They replaced the elastic with a shoe stretcher; the elastic was super limp and not wide enough compared to the original, the stitching was badly done with thread that was a completely different color, and the elastic was the wrong color. It ripped after only two wears. It's a complete mess; they're only good for selling shoe polish. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Seriously, run away! Never take your shoes there if you don't want them ruined. And especially without any guarantee of their work, because they're so sure of what they're doing. I took in a pair of boots where the stitching had come undone. They told me they only had the machine in Fréjus, so it would take longer, which I accepted. I got my shoe back and saw the work (if you can even call it that) that had been done. I went to this shop to replace my car key fob. I brought a new fob, hoping they would engrave the blade, and they charged me the normal price (€45). When I picked it up, the key wasn't recognized in my car. They politely asked me to come back with my old fob, because supposedly it was an electronic chip that needed to be transferred, which I did. Scam!!!! €32.60 paid to have two standard flat keys remade!! It's outrageous to charge prices like that. For your information, we just paid €5 at our local locksmith in Six-Fours to have one of these keys remade! In short, stay away!!!
It's all well and good to criticize from behind a keyboard and call the staff thieves and swindlers, when the prices are clearly displayed at the entrance of the shop and systematically announced to customers. When a price doesn't suit me, I politely say, "No thank you, I'm not interested, goodbye." But here it's different; the "customers" reply, "Yes, go ahead," and then they'll badmouth us from behind their keyboards.
