I received a very warm welcome and excellent advice from Chloé, as well as Cédric, who was very professional. I had several keys made—they were perfect—and I also bought some shoe care and comfort products. I highly recommend this shop.

Disappointed. 1:25 PM The shop should be open, not closed. The only shoemaker open during lunchtime in the area.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. They're taking their customers for a ride with a central key system they can't even operate. They make you come back a good ten times, only for them to do absolutely nothing. There's no communication between the staff. I strongly advise against going there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The seller is very pleasant and kind, and always smiling, hence the three stars. However, I think €15.90 for a key is still quite expensive for a simple key replacement… Hoping this one lasts 😉
