Hello, what a mess! A week ago, I asked if it was possible to replace the Velcro on my motorcycle boots, specifying that both the boot and tongue Velcro would need replacing. They said yes and gave me a price. So this week, I went to drop off my boots, and the person (apparently from another location) asked me to pay upfront. I received a very warm welcome and excellent advice from Chloé, as well as Cédric, who was very professional. I had several keys made—they were perfect—and I also bought some shoe care and comfort products. I highly recommend this shop.
Disappointed. 1:25 PM The shop should be open, not closed. The only shoemaker open during lunchtime in the area.
