I bought a brand new Sister belt. I took it to the cobbler to have holes added, but in the end, the three extra holes damaged my belt. It looks worn out even though I've never worn it. Luckily, Sister has good customer service. I've never seen such poor workmanship; I've never had any problems with my other belts that I've had holes added elsewhere.
Shoes brought in for repair a few months ago. Over €100 for two pairs, so rather expensive for a shoe repair service. The sole is coming unglued, so I took them back to have their repair fixed… Here's the result after wearing them five times. Really unprofessional.
